Get to Know Me

Outside of my work life I enjoy creating, spending time with friends and family and being outside. I've lived all over Washington and now call Eastern Washington home. I have an insatiable curiosity for life and passion for learning. Audio books and podcasts are two of my favorite mediums to learn from. I live with my partner and my growing collection of house plants.

After a therapist had a profound and positive impact on my life at a young age, I set out on my own path to becoming a therapist. I have worked in the mental health field for the last 10 years, 6 of those as a full time therapist. This work continues to be both challenging and fulfilling as no two people are the same. Each person is unique with their own set of experiences and I continue to be honored to be a part of each of my clients' healing journey.
